Chapel Street is a landmark mixed-use development in central Salford — eight storeys of high-specification residential apartments above ground-floor retail and boutique commercial space.

Designed by Four Architects, the scheme takes a prominent corner plot and turns it into something the street had been waiting for: a confident brick-and-glass building that responds to the historic Salford context while pushing the design forward. Green pocket-park landscape at the base, active retail frontage, and interiors specified for owner-occupiers and long-term renters alike.

The location — moments from Manchester Cathedral, the Northern Quarter, and Spinningfields — puts residents at the heart of one of the most connected parts of the wider Manchester conurbation.
